All products are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery within United Kingdom, and by Fedex to other parts of the world. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified
within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability
for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside
the stated timescales.
Delivery schedule
We manufacture most merchandise to meet your order specification and subject
to availability of correct materials we seek to despatch all orders within
2-4 weeks of order receipt.
