We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and with all labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions to returns policy
In the circumstances of a custom made item, eg unusual sizing, non-standard
colorway, or non-standard style modification, we reserve the right to refuse
a return for a full refund or exchange. We will however discuss the situation
and seek a happy settlement on behalf of all parties.
All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.
