Making a purchase
We currently accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom, European Union, Europe, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong customers, and other countries at our discretion.
Returns policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and with all labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions to returns policy
In the circumstances of a custom made item, eg unusual sizing, non-standard colorway, or non-standard style modification, we reserve the right to refuse a return for a full refund or exchange. We will however discuss the situation and seek a happy settlement on behalf of all parties.
All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping and handling
All products are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery within United Kingdom, and by Fedex to other parts of the world. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales.
Delivery schedule
We manufacture most merchandise to meet your order specification and subject to availability of correct materials we seek to despatch all orders within 2-4 weeks of order receipt.
